$28 minimum
Getting to your project.
$28 within 14 miles of Burlingame. Beyond that, $2 per one-way driving mile. The booking form shows your travel amount before payment.
$180 labor minimum
A start in the middle.
For jobs of four hours or less starting after 10am and before 2pm: a three-hour labor minimum, plus travel.
At booking, you prepay travel. That payment is credited toward your final bill. Labor is additional; the travel payment is not an extra charge on top of the quoted travel.

For a shorter job, morning and afternoon starts avoid the midday labor minimum.

10am and 2pm starts are outside the midday minimum. A project longer than four hours reserves the workday, without an automatic eight-hour charge.

Your city, product link or model, photos of the assembly area, approximate dimensions, access details and preferred timing. Include the assembly manual if you have it.
How is travel calculated?
Travel uses one-way driving distance from Burlingame Community Center, 850 Burlingame Avenue. Exact-location quotes use Google Maps. When a street match is unavailable, the form can offer a clearly marked city estimate; Artem confirms exact travel before the visit.
Can I book something I already bought?
Yes—send the product details and say whether all boxes have arrived. We’ll discuss the work and preparation. Once the scope is clear, choose a time online.
When is my appointment confirmed?
After email verification, payment of the travel charge ($28 minimum), and the final calendar check. The confirmation page provides your booking reference and private cancellation link. Save those details for your records.
What if I need to cancel or change the visit?
Cancel using your private link at least 24 hours before arrival for a full travel-payment refund, processed manually by Artem through Stripe. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full travel prepayment is retained. Email contact@valarcraft.com for changes or help.
