Scope to agree first
I do not offer plumbing, electrical, drywall, concrete, roofing or other specialist trade work. Outdoor services are kit assembly; foundations and electrical hookups are not included.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong?
No. Start with what you can see and a photo. I will review whether it is a suitable small handyman task before agreeing to the work.
Which jobs are outside your scope?
Plumbing, electrical, drywall, concrete, roofing and other specialist trade work are excluded. I do not offer foundations, electrical hookups or structural construction.
